The next and most important thing you're going to want to do is go to Enhancements and for Ubershaders choose Hybrid. The rest of the options are all pretty preference based so whether you use them are up to you (I personally use V-Sync however, it smooths the game out). If you have a good graphics card (Mine is a GTX 1060) make sure to choose that as your adapter, and if you have the option, use Direct3D 11 as the backend. Next you should choose a backend and adapter. You're gonna want to go to Graphics Settings via the option button at the top of the emulator.
Again, this can vary based on what computer you have.
Next you're gonna want to change where Dolphin is getting your graphics processing. To start things off, I had problems with the latest dolphin emulator so I did some research and found that the 5.0-5667 version was optimal. I think I can help you out, although, I don't know what kind of specs you're running so it may be different on your end.
